Pelodytidae - parsley frogs
There are three species of frogs in this family. Two species, the Iberian parsley frog and the parsley frog are found in western Europe. The Caucasian parsley frog is found in the
Caucasus Mountains in Azerbaijan, Georgia, Russia, and Turkey at altitudes of up to 7,500 feet.
Parsley frogs are about 1.5 inches in length. They have green splotches on their smooth skin that makes them look as if they are covered in parsley!
